Banner Engineering QT50R-EU-AFHQ is a collision-avoidance adjustable-field radar sensor designed for a wide range of industrial applications. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +65°C and is built on a time-of-flight system, making it suitable for use in Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, China, and Japan with telecom approval. It comes pre-equipped with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy installation. As part of the QT50R-AFH series, it features an IP67 degree of protection, ensuring durability in harsh environments. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal, and is housed in an ABS/Polycarbonate (PC) material, offering a robust design. It has a sensing distance of 2 to 24 meters and supports both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) operating modes. Additionally, it includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) and is equipped with protection functions against reverse polarity and short-circuit, enhancing its operational reliability.
